Shipping policy
All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. We do not ship orders on weekends or holidays. All orders placed on a weekend or holiday will not be processed until the next business day. After receiving your order confirmation e-mail, you will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders may be delayed during high volume times such as during sales and the holiday seasons.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Unfortunately, at this moment we do not offer world wide shipping, we only ship within the US.
Before completing your order, make sure all the information you are providing is correct especially your billing and shipping address(es). If you feel you have made a mistake and provided incorrect shipping information please be sure to contact us as soon as possible at lizabellainc@gmail.com.
If your package has been marked as delivered, and you have not received it, you can contact https://www.usps.com/help/missing-mail.htm regarding any concerns. We are not responsible for any lost packages, "delivered" packages, or damaged packages.
Local pickup
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at Lizabella Inc. headquarters in downtown Sanger, Ca - 1533 7th Street. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 4 hours. We will send you an e-mail when your order is ready along with pick up instructions.
Our local pickup hours are from 9am to 6pm, Monday through Sunday. Please have your order confirmation e-mail with you along with a form of identification when you arrive. If someone other than the person who made the purchase will be picking up, be sure to give us their name and have the order confirmation e-mail ready as well as a form of identification when picking up.
Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Unfortunately, at this moment Lizabella Inc. is not accepting any returns or exchanges. All sales are final and non-refundable.
